These terms govern use of Batch Eats, a group-order service with one scheduled campus pickup window. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle information.
Using Batch
You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and use Batch lawfully. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. Batch may suspend accounts, shops, listings, promotions, or payouts that create a safety, fraud, legal, or operational risk.
Group offers and pickup
Displayed group prices depend on the participation tier achieved by the listed cutoff. The final applicable price, order details, and pickup window are shown before payment. Orders are collected at the displayed pickup location and time; Batch is not a food-delivery service.
Payments, cancellation, and refunds
Stripe processes payments and eligible partner or courier payouts. Payment authorization, tips, taxes, discounts, cancellation, refund, and dispute information are shown in the applicable checkout or support flow. Refund eligibility depends on the order status, shop fulfillment, applicable law, and the information available to Batch.
Food and shop information
Shops are responsible for menu accuracy, ingredients, allergens, preparation, food safety, pickup readiness, and fulfillment. If you have an allergy or dietary concern, contact the shop before ordering. Availability can change before the cutoff; Batch may replace, pause, or remove inaccurate listings.
Partner and courier accounts
Partners and couriers must provide accurate payout and onboarding information, comply with applicable laws, and use only the accounts and payment methods they are authorized to use. Payout availability, holds, and withdrawal limits may be applied for security, chargebacks, customer service, or compliance.
Service changes and liability
We may change, pause, or discontinue portions of Batch as the service evolves. To the extent permitted by law, Batch is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, and liability is limited to the amount paid to Batch for the relevant order.
